The Community Pit Stop is a 12 week funded project to provide greater opportunity for people to access support services after work. The support services available include Family Centres, Carers MK and Job Club. 
 
The Pit Stop is open to everyone in MK – you don’t have to be a member of the GP practices supporting the project.

'Help to Claim’ - the new service offered by CAB to support anyone in the early stages of a Universal Credit claim. Universal Credit replaces:

It can be hard to know where to get support if you, or a young person you know, is in a crisis with their mental health. That's why the new YoungMinds Crisis Messenger service provides free 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis you can text YM to 85258. You'll be connected to a trained volunteer in less than 5 minutes, who will listen, help you think through how you're feeling, and aim to help you take the next steps towards feeling better. 
Can you spare an hour or two a week to listen to children read in a local primary school? 
 
Schoolreaders is looking for more volunteers in Buckinghamshire to carry out this important role.
