At these meetings there is always a public questions section, and if you have questions or comments about any of the agenda items, you are welcome to ask them. We look forward to seeing you there. Register attendance at a meeting
Please click here to register your question on an agenda item or desire to observe. This helps Council answer your questions on the evening.
Council Meeting Agendas are published at least five days before a meeting.
Once an agenda is available, a link will be provided below so residents can view or download the document. Agendas include details of the meeting time, location, and topics to be discussed.
Minutes from Full Council meetings are published on this page after they have been approved at the following Full Council meeting. Once available, a link to the approved minutes will appear below, allowing residents to read what was discussed and decided. This ensures transparency and keeps the community informed about council activity.
Public are advised to register their physical attendance and space will be allocated on a 'first come first served basis'. Use the 'Register' link here or below in advance of the meeting you wish to attend. Public are encouraged to send in their questions regarding agenda items by 12 noon of the meeting date.
