Last Chance to Comment on Double Yellow Lines in Neath Hill.
Milton Keynes Council is asking for residents’ feedback on the proposed plans for Double Yellow Lines in Neath Hill, the deadline for feedback is the 9th December 2022. Have your say
A traffic regulation Order (TRO) is a legal Order, which allows the Highways Authority to restrict the road and traffic movements, which is enforceable by law.
The scheme will introduce ‘no waiting at any time restriction’ (double yellow lines) along parts of Glazier Drive, Currier Drive, Armourer Drive, Serjeants Green, Tower Drive and Tower Crescent in Neath Hill.
The proposed restrictions come as a result of road safety concerns raised by the local community over vehicles parking within ten metres of the junctions and pedestrian crossing points and will help to alleviate obstruction and encourage a safer environment for pedestrians and cyclists.
The restrictions will be operational at all times and will be marked out in accordance with Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
