the great cereal topple update
Great Linford Parish Council Joins The Great Cereal Topple for MK Food Bank!
Great Linford Parish Council proudly took part in the MK Food Bank’s Cereal Topple aimed at collecting much-needed cereal donations for local families in need. MK Food Bank encouraged everyone to collect as many cereal boxes as possible. Then, set up an epic cereal topple. Councillors, staff, and local residents came together to donate boxes of cereal. Once the boxes were stacked and ready, it was time for the big moment – the topple!

Councillor Nicholls had the honour of making the first push, setting off a delightful chain reaction. With Suzie and Eirwen overseeing the event, the boxes tumbled perfectly from start to finish, creating a satisfying display of what we can achieve when we work together.
This event was not just about cereal – it was about community, compassion, and collective action. Every box donated represents a helping hand to someone in need, and we’re proud to have played our part.
Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make our cereal topple a success. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue supporting the incredible work of MK Food Bank!
