Public are advised to register their physical attendance and space will be allocated on a 'first come first served basis'. Use the 'Register' link here or below in advance of the meeting you wish to attend. Public are encouraged to send in their questions regarding agenda items by 12 noon of the meeting date. Click on the meeting date for the agenda, minutes and additional information. These links only work when information is available.

Council meetings are an open public meeting but not a meeting of the public. There are rules that govern the meeting and public participation.
