We're thrilled to announce a Cache In Trash Out (CITO) event, organised by Wendy Robinson and proudly supported by Great Linford Parish Council, MacIntyre, and Milton Keynes Murugan Temple.

This is an opportunity for our community to come together and make a positive impact on our environment while having fun and learning about Geocaching.

Event Details:

Date: Friday, February 23rd, 2024

Time: 13:00 - 15:00

Location: 1 Fletchers Mews, Neath Hill, Milton Keynes MK14 6HW (outside the MacIntyre building)
At the event, we'll have both experienced Geocachers and newcomers joining forces to clean up our neighbourhood. Whether you're a seasoned cacher or completely new to the activity, everyone is welcome!

We'll start with a brief safety briefing at the meeting point, where litter pickers and bags will be provided for those who need them. Wendy will also share some insights into litter picking hot spots.

Special Arrangements:

Parking: The Hindu Temple (Milton Keynes Murugan Temple), located near the MacIntyre building, has generously offered their car park for our use during the event. Additionally, they'll open their doors for anyone interested in visiting the temple.

Refreshments: Thanks to the kindness of the MacIntyre Centre, we'll have access to their facilities and they'll provide tea and coffee. If you'd like to contribute, feel free to bring along some cake to share with the MacIntyre group and any residents who may join us.

Exciting Announcement: As an added bonus, we're thrilled to share that five new caches will go live at 1:30! Get ready to explore and discover new treasures in our area.

Let's come together as a community to make a difference. We can't wait to see you there!
